If you've been reading my other reviews, you've seen that I've used a LOT of closing companies in town for rental properties we bought.
But my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE is First Tulsa Title. They're super small, just a 5 person office, but they're amazing. They get things done, call YOU with updates (rather than the other way around), and close quickly.
My favorite closer over there is named Laura... a spunky older woman who tells you what's going on with no sugar coating (she's used the words "realtor" and "idiot" in the same sentance... giveing us enough info to make a fuss of our own and straigten things out).
All in all, I'd rate them higher than any other closing company in Tulsa. There fees are in line with everyone else, maybe even a bit lower (since they have lower overhead)

This deals store has to be the best dollar store here in Tulsa. They really do have all sorts of stuff. They are always getting new things in every week. i have spent so much money in this store it is crazy. The employees are super nice and the store is kept very very clean. If you need a greeting card or stocking stuffers this is the place to go!!! I love this store!

First American isn't the place to go if you want to close on your home in a week... they take their time, and do things right. The biggest plus is that they're all ready for you on closing day... stack of papers on the table, just whip it out, sign, and you're done!

Delta Title does a good job... I've run into snags with them, but they eventually worked things...

Delta Title does a good job... I've run into snags with them, but they eventually worked things out.
But their closing fee is about $100 more than other companies... probably because of the beautiful office with vaulted ceilings that they're paying for.

Do NOT confuse them with their 21st street office, they're HORRIBLE over there!

Fabulously beautiful and very unique jewelry can only be located at felts, in a very comfortable setting. The sales staff is very helpful and efficient on every level. The sheer qualtiy of the producs is absolutely amazing! Lots of estate jewelry and high top dollar products. Great for those with more then just a few bucks to spend on jewelry.

I've had Richard Gardner do my taxes for almost twenty years now. Before that, I did my own and I only stopped doing that when my returns started to get too complex to do without studying the current rules for more time than I wanted to spend. The first time, I took a return there I completed and had Richard look at it and he found legal deductions that more than compensated for the cost of his services. He is polite, he is interested and he is knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. I've never had a problem getting through to his office but, during tax season, it is a very busy place and that has to be considered.

We were going to use Tulsa Abstract to close on a rent house... but they only returned out calls sporadically, and we finally gave up on them. We took our business to Guarantee instead.
Maybe I just had a run of bad luck, but if you run into the same situation, just know that you aren't the first one!

Closings of Oklahoma isn't a big office, but they get the job done and done quickly. We were able to close early, althought he day of closing, they didn't quite have all their paperwork in order, and it took about 2.5 hours.
