First, a note - I'm part owner of this company, so I'm obviously a little biased.
But Homerentalz has some great duplexes & small apartment complexes, and because they do NOT have on-site management, they're quite a bit cheaper. Studio apartments start at $350 with ALL BILLS PAID, nice houses with fenced yards start at $600 a month. They also have some nicer places, but they're generally below market average.

CD warehouse has great prices (thought eBay is cheaper), and you occasionally find a very rare CD in there (which I pick up and sell on eBay). Can't beat it!

We bought a very tiny item (mattress pad), and had to wait nearly an hour for them to get it "from the warehouse". I thought this was ridiculous, and I won't be returning.

My husband had one of these before we got married... and we still use it to this day! It's sturdy, versitile, and cleans up easily. I'd say this is the Cadilac of grills!
