I like to stop here for gifts for special occasions. The prices aren't bad and they usally have little boxes (my mom loves little boxes!) in various sizes and shapes. You can get candy there and all kinds of nice things, espiecially for weddings, graduation, and Christmas. That's where I picked up my cousin's b-day gift...ooops! Hope she doesn't read this!

You can't beat this place. I have found that this Borders (with two stories to boot!) has THE best selection of non-fiction books. They have a great history and psychology section as well as plenty of other non-fiction sections. Barnes & Noble seems to focus more on magazine and fiction. This bookstore is also great because of the coffee shop and the friendly staff. They used to sell Joseph Schmidt chocolate but I haven't seen it there in some time. I love going to this bookstore on date night, we both always find something we want. Another tip - get on their email mailing list, they will often email you an coupon good for anywhere from 15 to 30% off one book. Good way to justify a visit to them!!!

We started shopping here after my hubby was diagnosed with CML, (Leukemia). He saw a nutritionist and she recommended the place. The customer service is fantastic!!!!! The gals in there all flirt with my 1-year old son. Most of the usual customers are friendly as well. Wild Oats is expensive, especially on their meat and seafood but sometimes they have even better deals than non- health food supermarkets. I go to this place a few times a week and I have to tell you it is a pretty good place to shop. It is expensive but the food is healthier.

I really love going to this place. There is something for everyone at Gardner's. They don't just carry books, they have a huge selection of movies, cds, comics, toys, and books on tape. The people there are so helpful. They have just put in a coffee shop in their store which is awesome. It is hard not to stay all day there.

Glamorous Heights has got the absolute best selection of modeling shoes. As a pageant participant myself, I have always found the most unique styles for the Miss America system. They have over 600 styles to choose from. They also dye to match for gowns, and have plenty of clear modeling shoes below $60 and $70. And, because they have so many contacts with local modeling agencies, I was able to get good referrals for getting a modeling job. I would suggest Glamorous Heights to anyone working in modeling or in pageants to get their shoes there. They are the best I have ever found!

Toni's truly has the most beautiful flower arrangements and selection that I have ever seen. She did my wedding, and she did a fabulous job. Toni is such a warm, caring person and fun to work with. Her shop is fun, and filled with flowers, furniture and home accessories. Her arrangements are works of art. Yes, it is more expensive than you may find at other florists, but totally worth it!!
