Dr. Kates is located next to Baja Fresh, so it's very close to campus and convenient. My only real complaint is that they don't often call to remind you of your checkup so I've missed several of them. Drs. Kates and Paul will see you about cavities and other surgery/emergencies, but teeth-cleaning is done by competent assistants. The office is clean and efficient and they are covered by CIGNA. Considering all the complaints I've heard about other dentists, I am very happy to be with this office. (2004)
