I once had to take my dog to gladstone animal clinic when I adopted him, because that is where the animal shelter took him to get fix and check out for fleas and other puppy ailments. They seemed to be busy all of the time, with a waiting room full of other animals, but the vet was very nice, explained things that needed to be taken care of, and when to bring him back to get his stitches taken out. They even gave him a treat, and now he doesn't hate going to the vet that much!

I've used Dr. James Rubin for over 5 years along with my family and friends. NEVER have I or any other people I know ever suggested anything but PROFESSIONALISM.
His staff are very freindly and extremely knowledgeable & heplful
.I've read the 'review' by a source that is nameless and I beleive that if your dissatisfied with service you should talk straight to the source of those that you have issue with, so the issues can also be solved in a professional manor. Posting 'blind' negative information should be controlled, it can effect a reputable business-persons reputation.
It's sad that they poster felt that negative information would be helpful to the public & that they didn't have courage enough to address the issue with Dr. Rubin directly.

This clinic has compassionate, caring and friendly staff. The docs are great regardless of whether it's routine care, questions or the dreaded inevitable euthenasia. They really care about the "pet family" and take care of all of us.
I highly recommend this clinic. Their prices are reasonable and it is conveniently located. They have extended hours, too.

This was the best sonogram I have ever had. They were skilled, intelligent and caring. I would recommend Prenatal Imaging to any family. It was so reassuring to see my baby in 3D and to have the sonographer answer my questions. I left with dozens of pictures and feeling like I knew my baby.

Had a very good experience there. Had to go in for skin graft. First time didn't work because it was donor skin. Second time my own skin but he was very determined to get the job done but get it done right. Second time around we didn't have to pay for it.
Atmosphere is nice to. Secretaries are very nice.

Northland Pediatric has been nothing but a pleasant experience for people that I know. The nurses are pleasant and the doctors are friendly as well as informative. They have never felt rushed or like another number instead of a parent and child. This office also has a very convinent location in relation to the hospital.

These doctors are professional yet very down-to-earth. We really wanted a female pediatrician for our daughter and here we found a whole practice full of them. I always feel very secure that our daughter will get the best care. The nurses are especially patient and there are also lactation consultants available.

I am very impressed with Dr. Kaye and her staff. Over the years we have had five miniature Schnauzers, and have had very close relationships with our vets, and for years drove 40 miles to maintain good care for our four legged family members. When I moved into Kansas City and was looking for a vet, Willow Hill was strongly recommended by a close friend. Our beloved Max became very ill about a year after we started to see Dr. Kaye, and his loss was greatly lessened by the care and love he received from the staff. I will say that Dr. Kaye has very good 'animal sense' and relates to her patients on a level that many veterinarians aren't able to acheive.
