Great prices and good people. Family owned and operated business. They have repaired two cars and a van for me several times. I live in Spring Hill, TN and drive all the way to their shop in Nashville because they treat me right and the prices are reasonable. You will not regret using them for body work or auto repairs. more

they will get you in telling you what you want to hear. When they get your vehicle they change their story and increase the quoted price. They are very rude and tell you that they dont care if you are happy or not. they will simply sell your car if you dont want to pay their inflated prices.I would not recommend this shady people to anyone !!! The review from tracyhopper is so untrue. These people are so honest its amazingly refreshing. They have worked on my truck 3 times & I couldn't be happier with the work preformed or the price. Their prices have always been lower than I expected & lower than thier original quote. Thier work is exceptional & I feel so comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I had a collision and I went to a few local body shops and got estimates and this is the only shop that would get down to the nitty gritty and be honest with me. I had a accident and I was so upset that I wrecked my new Toyota Tundra, well then I was recommended to use Walkup's Collision Center by my insurance company and they fixed my car and it looked as good as when I pulled it off the lot! My name is Megan Walkup. My father ownes this business. My grandfather started the business and after his passing my father took over. My daddy lives for this business and makes sure each and every customer is pleased and satisfied. I am not just saying that because he is my father either. You ask around and no one says anything bad about Walkup's Collison. The review that was written above was by one of my friends that had brought a older model car in and a old motor and there were tons of things wrong with this motor and what do you have to do when there is something that needs to be replaced? You have to buy a replacement, my father also helped her out with the price on getting the best deal. The fact of the matter is my friend thought that if she took her car to my daddy that she would get a cheap deal and that she could take advantage over him. But my father is a good man and always does a more than great job. So don't let one sour apple make your decision about my father's company, I can guarantee you will be pleased. Thank you. more

They are not trust worthy and keep adding more money and more parts that are required in order to fix your vehicle. They require so much money down and keep adding to parts and labor that were never in the initial agreement and then will NEVER back up the parts or labor. I would advise NEVER to use this company!! Cons: Incorrect Pricing, Not trustworthy, No warranty more
