Cool place to enjoy a night out 4/3/2006

I am not one who is into bars too much, but I had the pleasure of attending a private event here just recently and found it to be quite enjoyable. I had dinner first, a veggie panini with sweet potato fries and my hubby had the sirloin burger. Everything was delicious! I especially enjoy those fries. The people who worked the party were efficient and pleasant and the place has a very attractive interior. more

Cheap Food! 8/15/2005

This is my favorite bar to go to when I want cheap food. Their nachos are amazing and their sandwiches are really good, as is their Sangria. Every day there's a different special after 5pm. Mondays - $2 burgers, Tuesday - half off sandwiches, Wednesdays - half off appetizers, Thursdays - $2 sangria. I rarely ever spend more than $10 (including tax and tip) and always leave full and satisfied. The crowd's the typical white young professionals crowd, but the wait staff is usually very nice, if not entertaining. Their website is unionparkchicago.com. more
