Well.... lets see where do I start...I first visited Union Cycle about the eary 80's had good service on locating parts for my Nija at very low cOst. Now all these years later i got another bike a 86 Intruder TRICKED OUT AND TURNED IN INTO TO RIGID RATT BIKE and needed clutch master cylinder rebuild kit' after all this time i had a very pleasant visit. Not only did they help they were also speaking too me as i was a PERSON NOT A STEALING MEXICAN. And also staff gave me some bad azzzz ideas to re-design it completly... more

Ok, I was there once, and they are good people good help 10/14/2011

Ok, the guy's review below is really hostile. The guys are trying hard to meet your needs. If you call on the phone, dont expect them to have your part to order like autozone. It's a salvage yard, and they do let you browse around to find your own part! So just call to see if there is a remote chance that they have your stuff, then go browse. I'm glad they are there, and in business. more

Dont Be Fooled by the good reviews!!!below 10/8/2011

First of all the reviews below are not realistic, there either written by employees or friends the like....but anyway I needed a part for my bike and called on a Saturday...to my surprise they had the part I needed even the right color! So I hopped on my bike and rode 30 miles . I get there and the first thing I do is say I called and told them what was said....immediately I get an answer "" well you didnt talk to me "" I was like OK what does that have to do with what Im asking but I played along for a bit....then the other guy who was hanging out and looked totally lost started chyming in from time to time just making it worse like well we have 2 but 1 has been used already for a project bike and then he asks me am I sure if the bike is what say it is...like really...are you telling me I dont know what kind of bike Im riding....at the same time the other employee is waliking back and forth with the parts in his hand trying to fit the wrong part on my bike...I finally have enough and just stay professional and say thanks for trying and leave empty handed....as far as the guy below saying he has a mexican nephew ad the guys in the shop didnt treat him like a racist is the most questionably racist comment Ive ever heard.... I mean common...who would waste there time writing that comment....unless it was a racist employee writing it....but anyway Houston Cycle Savage in Pasadena,,is way better...better service by far more

Very helpful and knowledgable! 8/28/2010

Good guys, called first and they let me know what they had and knew exactly what I was looking for. Made them an offer and they gave me a good price. If you need something motorcycle related they do their best to help you out or let you know where else to look. more

Best Cycle Salvage in Houston 2/8/2010

This is a wonderful cycle salvage with an unlimited variety of parts for all makes and models. I personally bought a 1987 ZG1000 Concours bike from Sam (the owner) and not only did I get a great deal, but any minor problems that I have had on this 22 year old bike, Sam has been more than helpful to work with me to adjust the issues. If anyone is looking for a used bike or parts for one, this would be a great place to go. I will definately be a repeat customer with this shop. Pros: large selection with great srevice and affordable prices Cons: to far from my house more

These people are so predjudice 8/30/2009

When you walk into this place they dont greet you with friendly service. They follow you around like you want to steal. they talk to you like you are sh*t. I heard these guys talk about 2 mexican men who was there shopping for parts, I knew the mexican men. then the mexican men told me how they talked about me calling me a Ni99er, and that we all steal. He talked to me about how he hated our president. Pros: Treat blacks/mexicans like we all steal Cons: customer service terrible more

Largest selection of used parts I have ever found, I found all kinds of cool parts i needed and wanted at a very reasonable price. 4/30/2008

I would definetly recommend this place, talk to the owner, real cool guy by the name of Sam. they have so many parts here you really just got to go and dive in until you find what you need. The place has been there forever and is not your state of the art type places with everything inventoried but that was cool with me because I like to find what i like myself and make it work for me. There is a very large selction of used bikes forsale there too. Good luck and have fun at this place. Pros: lots of inventory, lots of rare to find parts, great people. Cons: They are not open on Monday. more
