First of all the reviews below are not realistic, there either written by employees or friends the like....but anyway I needed a part for my bike and called on a Saturday...to my surprise they had the part I needed even the right color! So I hopped on my bike and rode 30 miles . I get there and the first thing I do is say I called and told them what was said....immediately I get an answer "" well you didnt talk to me "" I was like OK what does that have to do with what Im asking but I played along for a bit....then the other guy who was hanging out and looked totally lost started chyming in from time to time just making it worse like well we have 2 but 1 has been used already for a project bike and then he asks me am I sure if the bike is what say it is...like really...are you telling me I dont know what kind of bike Im riding....at the same time the other employee is waliking back and forth with the parts in his hand trying to fit the wrong part on my bike...I finally have enough and just stay professional and say thanks for trying and leave empty handed....as far as the guy below saying he has a mexican nephew ad the guys in the shop didnt treat him like a racist is the most questionably racist comment Ive ever heard.... I mean common...who would waste there time writing that comment....unless it was a racist employee writing it....but anyway Houston Cycle Savage in Pasadena,,is way better...better service by far
