Cory and his team are awesome! I've done everything here from tint, to alarms, to now, auxiliary harnesses and adapters. He has ordered parts for me and gotten them here in one day, and installed them perfectly and expeditiously. My Land Rover, BMW and now Corvette couldn't be happier. I've had a couple of vehicles tinted here. The price is always right. Yesterday i had a chrome mesh grille installed and it was horrible!  do NOT get a grille installed at this place because the installer does poor quality work that takes forever to do. I told them i wasn't happy about it all. The grille was installed too low and and now the are scratches everywhere on the paint. The guy even left out a few screws. Luckily i picked them up. Save your time and money!stay away! more

This is probably the best window tinting place in the Houston metro area. Unlike other fly-by-night window places who offer off the wall ""lifetime"" warranties and aren't long enough to honor it, Ultimate Protection has been in business for over 13+ years. I had a minor problem with minor bubbling on one of my vehicles after 3+ years. They were extrememly apologetic and re-tinted it, no quesitons asked. They do a great job no dust or debris under the tint, great workmanship in general. Don't take my word alone. Call them or drop by... this place is popular during the summer months. People come from all over with all sorts of vehicles for their tinting, and to top it off they also do alarms and car audio installs. They have two location, 1415 South Loop W and 9840 Westpark Dr, so you don?t have to drive across town to get work done. They are very upfront with their prices, which I don?t blame them b/c prices are insanely cheap. Overall, I have, and still will recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I have had five different cars tinted here over the course of seven years. My wife is extremely picky and she has never had any complaints of tint ever peeling, bubbling, or worn. I was in and out in less than two hours. To sum it up, great workmanship, exceptional service, for a unbelievable price. Pros: Great price more

This is my 3nd experience working with Ultimate. My first two experience went so well that I didn't think twice about doing business with them again...(other then other car stereo places i've delt with in past). They have an excellant product selection, great prices, and prompt service. I have friends that delt with them in past that also recommended shop. Pros: Excellant customer service more

They gave different prices on phone quotes. They promised to return my call and hungup without getting a callback number. Very unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Would never recommend them to anybody. Wanted to spend my money with them, but will go elsewhere and probably spend more, but it's worth it. Cons: Horrible customer service more
