USA Baby

So we ordered our furniture the end of november and received it a few days ago. Apparently there was a back order on the items due to a fire our baby came the first of February and they brought us a loaner crib and a loaner glider. We worked closely with the manager and she gave us weekly updates on our order. They gave me the option to cancel and receive a full refund which I appreciated, we talked about and decided to keep our order. We have since ordered additional pieces because we were so impressed with how professional they handled everything. more

So we purchased our crib, glider, and ottoman in mid-November. It's now mid-February and we have not seen the crib yet - glider/ottoman just showed up last weekend. The furniture selection is good, but they don't have any pull with manufacturers. Before buying furniture at USA Baby in Tukwila, know the following: 1. You pay the full cost at the time of order (they apparently have layaway but you have to ask for it) 2. USA Baby doesn't pay the manufacturer until they receive the product (they make $ on your $). 3. Their lead time (8-12 weeks from order date) does not correspond to the dates that they show for delivery. They add at least seven days to their dates to protect themselves. - Call them on this! 4. If you're within 3 months of your due date, don't buy there. 5. They don't care if your order is late. 6. They don't offer satisfactory "temporary" options if your furniture is late. 7. They don't care if you cancel your order. 8. They don't care if you tell others not to shop there. If you do end up buying at USA Baby: 1. We wish you the best of luck. 2. Demand notification when items will ship. 3. Get the packing slip proving that your item is en route. 4. Have them confirm the delivery date when the item is in route. 5. Bug the hell out of them if they don't know where your item is or when it will ship. 6. Demand a hefty discount if items are late. more

We shopped around town, and came back to USA BABY because they had the best product and the best service. We bought Munire Furniture and worked with a girl named Khadra, ask for her if you get a chance she seemed very knowledgable and really answered every question we had. The furniture line was like nothing we have seen else where and it came on time and we would certainly go back again.... Erin B. more

Great services and after shopping almost every Stanley furniture dealer they had the best prices and we were happy with the service....a lot of teen furniture to choose from aside from Stanley, but we fell in love with the Starlight collection when we saw it there.... more

Hi, My wife and I shopped the stores on the East side and was surprised at the prices and the limited selection, we also tried babies r us and did not like the style or the quality there. Someone recommended we look at USA BABY, and we were very surprised how big the store was and the pricing was much better than our local east side stores, but just as good of a quality. We now recommend them to everyone we know....if you go there ask for Cherie, she helped us but I am sure someone else can help just as good. Steve more

They sell quite a bit of nice baby/kids furniture at prices I didn't think were anything amazing. But they also sell a lot of "incidental" stuff like toys, beddings, safety products, etc. and those things I thought were all at good prices. In particular, the Robeez baby shoes were a few dollars less than everywhere else I've seen. You just never know what they're going to have there, so it's worth stopping by next time you're in the area. more
