My rating pertains strictly to customer pickup. I had no problem with the equipment itself. Since I live on an island and the delivery charge would have been $80, I decided to pick the equipment up myself. The pickup address was in an apartment building near Aurora, and the equipment was left outside in an alcove with no security whatsoever. When I complained to the company their representative replied that they'd never had any problems with that arrangement. Since the customer is financially responsible for the equipment, in essence they're saying you have to be willing to take the risk that it can be stolen or damaged as a result of being left in an unsecured location. I find this unacceptable.
