I had an experience similar to that of the previous reviewer ("soliddobe"). I first took my car (a European model) to All Pro in the middle of December last year. They kept it for 2 weeks, I never got a voluntary call to update me on the progress of the work, and I had to call them a lot to get the car done. Got the car back around Christmas, drove it for a couple of weeks, and the transmission began slipping in precisely the way it had slipped before I took it in. I took it back to All Pro (under their 90-day warranty) at the end of January. They first tried to rehab the transmission that was in it, decided they couldn't, finally ordered a replacement transmission and struggled to get that one working. For this second repair session, the car was at the shop for almost SIX WEEKS -- from late January until early March. Not once did I get an update call, except from a friend in the car business who graciously called All Pro for me on a regular basis. I had an attorney on standby by the end of the affair. I would strongly urge owners of European cars not to take their cars here -- and if customer service and repair time matter to you, I would totally advise against using this shop. The car does work now, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to do the work and do it right.
