Tom Peacock Nissan is an outstanding dealership and excels at working with Nissan The staff is great--professional, well informed and friendly. Pleasure to work with sales there. The support staff for Sales was equally pleasant and handled the back-up details efficiently. The Service area is very comfortable and the staff there was welcoming and ready to answer questions and provide service for the car down the road. Ivan was an excellent salesman and I felt he did everything possible to ensure a pleasurable experience. He was good at explaining how things worked on the car and has let me know that when I am ready for more "lessons,' he will be happy to have me return for further explanation.There is only so much I can learn at one sitting on this auto. Great technology with car but one needs to learn all the functions. When I have called with questions, Ivan has responded rapidly and got me the information I need right away---no waiting for response, return calls, etc.. Definitely will recommend this dealership and salesman to friends and anyone interested in a Nissan. more

Good price, not so good service 8/5/2005

Tom Peacock is willing to make you a great deal on a new or used car, you just have to be patient with the service after you make a deal. We bought a Pathfinder and got a very decent deal, one that I was happy with. Afterward it took FOREVER to get the car cleaned and the paperwork done. Our car took 2 hours longer than we were told to get ready (even with an appointment) and our paperwork got messed up twice. Oh yeah, and they forgot to have us pay for the car and called us 4 times including at 10:30PM to make us come back in and pay. more
