I have some facts and personal opinion regarding this salon.
Facts
I was there 15 min early before my appointment
The staff was not ready until 15 min late, that is when I finally called the front desk to let them know.
Opinion
Unless you stand up and say something, they will not care.
I only lost 15 min, but could have lost more.
There is a definite punctuality issue.
Facts
My hair cut was done in 20 min including shampooing. The designer says there is not very much that can be done with male hair cut.
Opinion
Perhaps she does not know what she CAN do? Especially knowing what the result was way below my expectation. I will never do this, but-supper cut is where you should go for such result.
She asked, is it ok? I didn?t know what to say?.balancing the length of my back hair was the only think that I could ask her to fix-others, I was too scared to ask, since I don?t know that the result is going to be.
Opinion
Whoever was answering the call was not so nice.
Lost $40. I bought a Aveda Shampoo and a conditioner, just to make me feel better.
Fact
When the designer was cutting my hair, she had some parking issues, some other staff came and started to talk?talk?talk? I mean, who gives a damn about me. I don?t care about your car, nor what you think of it. If you are going to stand next to me and talk to each other while appointment, why not just go out and have a cup of coffee?
It was my first visit. The review point 9.9 is just not realistic.
It surely will be the last visit that I will make.
Pros: They sell Aveda products
Cons: just not worth it.
