WOW, what an incredible difference having great new Thermal Windows from J&M Glass Company installed in our home has made to its look and energy efficiency! When we purchased our current home, it still had the 51 original 32 year old bronze colored aluminum windows. Of the 51 windows, 8 were large panel atrium windows 4 of which matched the roofline, which we feel is the “wow factor” of our home. Where other companies were not willing or capable of manufacturing or replacing the atrium, J&M was. They manufactured all of our custom thermal replacement windows, all new atrium window aluminum framing to match and its large insulated window panels. Our experience with J&M Glass was outstanding from start to finish! Throughout the process from ordering, scheduling and installation they did a great job communicating with us. Martin, the company owner even took the time to be onsite during installation to ensure we were happy and everything went smoothly. I can’t begin to describe the visual impact these windows have made to our home. It is truly amazing! Honestly, we can’t stop looking at them and admiring the change they’ve made. We want to thank you for the incredible job your company did on our new “thermal windows.” The windows are absolutely gorgeous and have made an unbelievable difference in how much we run our “AC” Before the windows were installed, we were running our A/C 24/7 and the house never cooled off. After the windows were installed we began running the AC just a few hours a day and the house is very cool and comfortable. more

It took three days of back and forth faxing and emailing a contract and C.C. authorization form so that the salesperson could actually complete my order. I was told I would be called within 2-3 weeks (possibly sooner), but after a MONTH with no windows, I called them. I was informed that the salesperson no longer worked there, and it was "my responsibility" to come pick up my windows. When I got there to pick up the widows, I discovered that they were not fabricated to my specifications. Plus... When I picked up the window, there was a fresh application of acrylic sealant that got on my hands and ruined my clothing. I had to ask for an apology, and the staff seemed oblivious to the inconvenience. I called the owner/manger, Judy Gates, and she was just as dim as her employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of professionalism, their inability to deliver what was ordered, and their negligence in customer relations. more

We like our new windows very much. They seem to make our house feel more solid. Most importantly accolades were earned by your crews…they were most polite, accommodating, and efficient. A friend just had new windows installed and she warned us that it would be dirty mess that she was left with a coating of dust all over the house. Hearing that, I’ve been lax in dusting lately. I can truthfully say that once the installation was complete, our house was left cleaner than when the crews started. Now, unless a tornado comes along, we look forward to enjoying these windows for a long time. more

My husband and I had all the windows in our home replaced by your installers last week - they were here from Monday morning (right on schedule) until Friday afternoon, a total of 28 windows replaced. I wanted to let you know that this was one of the best experiences we've had in the 15 years that we have been in our home, countless contractors in and out over those years. Your people were pleasant, dependable and meticulous; each window was carefully removed, sheetrock removed to make room for the thicker window, new window was installed, all window coverings were replaced, and finally all the debris vacuumed up. I like to deal with a company that does not have the middle man, just takes my order, then produces and installs it, and that is what you get with this company. The showroom is actually inside the manufacturing facility. They have an inhouse employee installation staff, and on top of that their prices are very competitive. The windows are commercial glass quality and they have a knowledgeable and helpful staff. more
