I just left Synergy Spa and had a AMAZING time. The salon is beautiful and the staff was very professional and kind. I received a massage with Amanda and can't wait to go back. This is by far the best day spa in the Raleigh area!!! more

Raleigh's Best Spa 1/4/2012

You get what you pay for! I've visited about 8 other spas in the Raleigh/Cary area, and Synergy Spa is the best! I've tried the massage, facial and nail treatments. All were fantastic. My husband knows where to go for the perfect gift. Love it! more

Great massage! 12/27/2011

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a massage at Synergy Sp a few years ago. I have been to multiple spas and massage therapists in Raleigh and this was by far the best massage I have had in this area. I have been back to Synergy several times since then and every time has been a wonderful experience. All of the massage therapists have been very curtious and well qualified and their entire staff makes it a very relaxing experience. Synergy is now the only spa that I visit for a massage in Raleigh. more

Great place to relax! 12/22/2011

I received a two hour package from my mother with a facial and pedicure. Receptionist's are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. My facial was very relaxing but the technician told me what she was doing it if was something that was going to surprise me which was very helpful. Afterwards I received the best pedicure I have ever had! more

Best SPA in NC!! 12/12/2011

My husband and are very busy and have three wonderful boys. We love to go to the spa to treat ourselves. We have had spa services in Wilmington (when we are visiting beach), Greensboro (Grandover Resort and Spa,) , Raleigh, Asheville, and a few in South Carolina. Synergy is by far the best we have experienced. My husband indulges in body massages and I love the facial treatments. Tiffany is excellent and very skill in her knowledge of the skin. The manicures and pedicures are AWESOME!!! more

Great Gift for My Wife 11/30/2011

I was searching google for a spa to pamper my wife as a birthday present. There website is fantastic. It is easy to navigate, has detailed descriptions of their services, and also has great monthly specials. One aspect of this spa that particular stood out above the rest was the ""makeup artists"". They have excellent professional makeup artists that will provide will give my wife a make-over for only $50. I am also getting a Pedicure and Manicure for a great price. This is a great place to treat that special girl in your life. more

Most Relaxing Spa Experience In The Area 11/25/2011

A truly relaxing atmosphere to calm anyone's stress from everyday life. Synergy Spa has beautifully decorated massage and treatment rooms, as well as lounge areas. This is such a great place to treat yourself; and with evening hours, makes it even more convenient for those of us that work during the day. I definitely recommend the hot stone massage....nothing like it! more

Painful Experience! 11/16/2011

This was by far the worst spa experience I've ever had. I paid over $100 for a facial with Kristen only to have her burn my face. I called the spa a few days after my facial to express my concern about the pain I was still experiencing and what I consider to be an excessive amount of skin peeling off, and was blown off. I'm beyond floored at Synergy's complete lack of concern or care for a situation that could land them in legal hot ground. A malpractice lawsuit is a definite possibility given the severity of the damage to my face. Learn from my mistake and DON't trust the facial services at Synergy Spa!! more

Great Massage...Loud Spa 8/22/2011

I had an AMAZING massage with Allison, probably one of the best massages of my life! She is truly gifted at finding exactly the right ""spot"". Her hands are strong and can really get in there and work out the knots, but yet she doesn't hurt you and it isn't painful. Although I already said it, AMAZING is the only word I can use to describe Allison's talent. My only complaint about Synergy and my experience there is the noise level. It was extremely loud and distracting throughout my entire massage. I don't know if their walls are extraordinarily thin or cheap, or if my appointment just happened to coincide with an extra noisy day. But there was so much noise coming from outside the room it was nearly impossible to relax. I could hear talking, things banging around outside the room, people walking by, etc. The actual massage was fantastic, but the noise level kinda killed the experience. PROS: Awesome Massage Therapist CONS: Exessively Noisy Spa, Not Relaxing more
