This was by far the worst spa experience I've ever had. I paid over $100 for a facial with Kristen only to have her burn my face. I called the spa a few days after my facial to express my concern about the pain I was still experiencing and what I consider to be an excessive amount of skin peeling off, and was blown off. I'm beyond floored at Synergy's complete lack of concern or care for a situation that could land them in legal hot ground. A malpractice lawsuit is a definite possibility given the severity of the damage to my face.
Learn from my mistake and DON't trust the facial services at Synergy Spa!!
