This was my first time to a haunted house in Houston, and this one was great. Scary but fun. Will definitely go back.

Worst

Liked it better then nightmare on the bayou, but its not the real deal.

This place was amazing! I was scared before I even went in, haha. The staff was super professional and nice, I actually lost my phone in the haunted house. But the owner actually had a search party to help find it! They even mailed it to me for free. And yes, I've screamed till I could scream no more. Screamworld is amazing inside and out. more

THIS IS AN AWSOME PLACE FOR YOU TO GO TO GET YOUR FEAR OUT OF YOU.. THIS PLACE SCARES THE CRAP OUT OF YOU AND AT THE SAME TIME MAKES YOU LAUGH AND THE END SAYING.. I MADE IT THRU. This place is not just accessible, it is disability FRIENDLY! This is a haunted house that can work for anyone- from people with mobility problems, to people in a chair. There are ramps and handrails and a ONE-ON-ONE GUIDE dimly lit our path so we knew where we were going. The spacing between guests made sure we weren't bumped from behind or run over. The best part is that the actors aren't afraid to SCARE THE BEJEESUS out of a disabled person... they don't hold back or skimp on the thrills. Everyone was super professional and super accomodating. This is a new yearly tradition for us... If you've ever been nervous about physically navigating a haunted house, this is the place for you! They make it easy just to enjoy being scared out of your wits. Thanks so much, Jim and your long-standing team... see you next year! more

As someone who is involved in the local horror film scene, and obsessed with things horror...I ONLY THOUGHT I KNEW SCARY! Genuinely creepy from the escaped mental patient outside, to the creepy meat room, to the zombies at the cemetary! Hands down best haunted house I have ever experienced! Spooktackular job! more

Last couple of haunted houses I've been to have been cheesy and definitely not legit scary..... This was definitely the BEST I've been to yet....the wait in line was entertaining too!!!! Would definitely go again! more

Took my grandson for first time. I didn't go in but waited for him, not knowing how long it would take. The website was full of good and helpful information and when I asked questions on facebook I got speedy and helpful answers! Thanks for a great experience! more

Went With One Of My Friends To ScreamWorld. As Soon As We Got Out Of The Car Actors Started Chasing Us And Following Us! We Showed Up Early So We Only Had To Wait In Line For 10 Mins. Our Favorite Part Was The Slaughter House And The Zombie Graveyard. It Was Raining So We Were Not Able To Go Through The Maze At The Beginning. But Other Than That We Had An Awesome Time!! more

I had the chance to work at screamworld this year, and at 15 years old, i was a slaughter house butcher, and i cant wait till next year... If you saw a younger looking guy killing the victim on the big table or in the gut room, that was me!!! more

I have been going to Jim's haunted houses for 21 yrs now. i used to work for him in downtown Houston at the Haunted Hotel in 1992, then again in Stafford in 93. i have made it a point since then to go thru every single year. doesn't matter how far away i have lived, i've made special trips to go thru every single year. it's awesome to see some familiar faces every year. Jim is a good & fair man & if i didn't like 70 miles away i would love to work for him again. more
