I love ~ love ~ LOVE Salon Stephen Crago! Cliff has been hi-lighting & colouring & cutting my hair for a while now & I've been getting awesome compliments on my hair cut & colour. My hair is waist long and I am extremely pick-y on the cutting & colouring of my hair. Stephen recommended Cliff to me and I took a chance and I am so pleased that I did! I have been going to Stephen's to get my haircust since I was a little girl (over 30 years!!), and now my little girl and....littler boy go to Stephen. \r \r He treats his customers with care and respect that they deserve. He listens to his customers wants and needs and strives to make every person walk away happy. \r \r My two kids get excited when it is time to go get their haircuts. This is one of the best salons around; I’ve been getting a hair cut from Stephen for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t even think of going to another place, everyone there is so nice and friendly. I have been a client at Salon Steven Crago for 2 years. There was a change of staff in the fall of 2010 and a few stylists left. Staff come and go for all kinds of reasons and as a business owner all you can do is wish them well and carry on with the business at hand. When employees leave its a great opportunity for change for everyone. In this case the change was for the best. Throughout this time of transition I noticed that the salon became more relaxing with remaining team members working hard to support each other. Steven is a very compassionate, generous and highly respected man - i believe this carries over to how he operates and manages the salon. I do not know all the names of the current staff but Kjelle, Troy, Steven, and the mani/pedi woman - Mai - are absolutely top notch. I have recommended this salon to friends and family and we will all continue to support Steven and his staff. I love going to Salon Stephen Crago. The salon is clean and confortable. All the staff seem to enjoy what they do. The atmosphere is fun. Stephen is an incredible stylist and I have no complaints, it looks GREAT everytime. I always feel and look good after a haircut. Also you should go to the manicurist for yours nails, she is wonderful. I would also like to add that even the other clients in the salon seem to be having a good time. Smiles all around. Highly reconmend you should try them out. more

I have been going to Salon Stephen Crago for well over 10 years. I did attempt to try different salons when I went off to college, but no one could ever obtain the same excellence that Stephen could. He is an amazing colorist and his cuts are great. Aside from getting your hair done, Stephen provides a relaxing, fun environment. You can't help but smile when talking to Stephen as he is always smiling himself. I strongly recommend Salon Stephen Crago to any and all! more

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. The owner, Stephen can be extremely unprofessional to both clients and to his staff. I have overheard him yell things across the salon that were pretty darn derogatory to his staff, and make sexually inappropriate comments to clientele as well. THere is a nice, relaxed atmosphere about the place to a degree. more

Stephen is a breath of fresh air and very talented cosmetologist. I have been going to Stephen for over 3 years and never once had a complaint about how my hair looks. He foils my hair perfectly & the never tries to talk me into doing crazy things. I get a ton of compliments on the color and how natural it looks. Stephen has cut and colored my hair for over 20 years, and I have never been disappointed. I trust him completely. His salon is beautiful and always clean. It is an open and airy atmosphere infused with a lot of heart. When Stephen is not available, I have had Cliff cut and color my hair -- and he always does a great job as well. I highly recommend this salon and the people who work there. more

I had switched from my regular hair guy who is great but really expensive. The cut I got from Craig was good the color was not. I am a natural red head wanted strawberry blond like on my facebook got Brown. I booked an appointment 8 weeks out with Stephen to have it canceled by email 2 days before my appointment. I would not recommend going unless you want to be treated in this manor. I was emailed that it was because I was to picky at the last minute. He didn't want to deal with someone who wanted their hair done right. Silly me I paid 80 bucks and a 10 dollar tip, and tipped an additional 10 bucks on the attempt to fix. What was I thinking wanting what I asked for? Of course its ok to not tell someone till the last minute they don't have there holiday hair appointment. I will call my regular guy Jovier who will get me right in. It will be worth the extra 40 bucks to be treated with respect Pros: Cut was ok Cons: Colors poor, Waited 8 weeks 4 appt they cancld 2 days b4 more
