I have been a client at Salon Steven Crago for 2 years. There was a change of staff in the fall of 2010 and a few stylists left. Staff come and go for all kinds of reasons and as a business owner all you can do is wish them well and carry on with the business at hand. When employees leave its a great opportunity for change for everyone. In this case the change was for the best. Throughout this time of transition I noticed that the salon became more relaxing with remaining team members working hard to support each other. Steven is a very compassionate, generous and highly respected man - i believe this carries over to how he operates and manages the salon. I do not know all the names of the current staff but Kjelle, Troy, Steven, and the mani/pedi woman - Mai - are absolutely top notch. I have recommended this salon to friends and family and we will all continue to support Steven and his staff. Thank you Salon Steven Crago for creating a desirable atmosphere to relax and be pampered. Steven I would not dwell on one disgruntled reviewer - don't bother - you did nothing wrong.
