Last Friday,my first time getting a tattoo and on my birthday, Jason Hassel was excellence. Great work. Everybody was nice. I feel like I was at home. I will go back there soon.

AWESOME!! I got two tats there and it was my first exp. w/ rock and roll. The tats are unbelievely great. The guys were super nice, highly recommend. I have been to other parlors, but these guys rock! The artistic ability is awesome, I can't say enough about my experience. I will be going back soon. more

Best tattoo and Piercing parlor I have been too yet! 7/9/2009

I just got an existing tattoo worked on at Rock and Roll today.This tattoo makes my 3rd in the past year. Chris did my artwork and I was very impressed. Not only is the shop amazingly spotless but EVERYONE is really friendly. We were greeted by everyone as soon as we walked through the door. Chris was awesome because he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and he gave me great advice on how to position the design to get the most out of it. He worked very hard to get all my wording positioned correctly. He was also very friendly and we laughed and talked the whole way through my tattoo. I also got my ear pierced there the week before and was very pleased with the work. The prices are great and I highly recommend going to them if you're serious about the quality of the work! more

I've been having Fred do mine and my friend's piercings for quite a while and he's the greatest...did a friend of mines daughters ears this weekend, my daughter's belly button and my friend's Travus...now, I want something else done...totally addictive!!!\r \r *HUGS* to Fred...you're a gem!!! more

Won't go anywhere else 3/15/2009

I recently got a 2x2inch imperial insignia on my forearm by Paul. This was my first tattoo but not the first shop I'd been to. I've been shopping around for a tattoo for 6 years trying to find a place that didn't make me feel uncomfortable. \r \r The atmosphere is laid back, lots of customers talking with artist's and looking at the books. Price was a little higher than I'd been quoted elsewhere, however I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. All of the staff made me feel comfortable, Paul was great with making sure i was calm and ready and not in pain! A few of the staff walked in to make sure everything was going ok during the process. When it was done it looked exactly how i wanted it and i hardly even felt a scratch. Walked over the care procedures and was out the door within an hour of showing them my design. \r \r If you are looking for your first time tattoo I highly suggest you visit these guys. I got my lip pierced and boy was I nervous but thanks to Fred and every other guy and customer that entered they all just made me feel really confident in everything that was about to happen. Pros: great music, great atmosphere, nice and clean -- every needle used for tattoos or piercings is freshly out of the package, the people just rock. Cons: i don't really have any cons. :D more

Not really all that it once was.... I mean, they're basically over-priced tattoos piercings now. They have SOME stuff. Like those sneak-a-toke wooden pipes. But as for being classified as a head shop? Nah. more

great experience 10/25/2008

My last tattoo was about 10 years ago and I figured it was time for another(addicting,arn't they?) I had no idea which shop to goto, so I went and read reviews on the local ones. After seeing how unhappy people were with Warlocks and Blue Flame,etc., I decided on rock-n-roll after reading nothing but excellent reviews from past customers. Well, I'm glad I did. They were a bit busy and I didn't have an appointment,so I had no problem waiting. If those reviews were right,it would be worth it. It was a very clean place, and everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in. Paul ended up being my artist and was a really cool,laid back guy. He listened to what I wanted to have done and even offered some ideas of his own. When the time came,Paul was awsome and is a very talented artist. I was able to get the design I wanted and Paul's ideas made it perfect. It was a very relaxing,no pressure experience for me and I would definitely recommend Paul or any of the other guys there to anyone wh more

IS SCOTT HERE??? 7/14/2008

The first question I ask everytime I walk into Rock n Roll is "Is Scott here?" Since ive been getting tattoos Scott has been the only person designing and applying them on me. Not that I don't support the others or anything, cause seeing there work...there all very good at what they do, But too me, Scotts effort and care that he puts into his work is UNDENIABLE...and hell always leave you satisfied. Regardless of any of that....Scott's just a cool ass dude. more

Great work, fun atmosphere 4/8/2008

I currently live in MD and must say that out of the four tattoo's on my body, the one that I got from Rock N Roll Tattoo & Piercing is the best!! I am willing to travel 4+ hours to have Steve ink me again!! It's a great atmosphere where everyone is down to earth and they make you feel comfortable. They also make sure that you are completely satisfied with what you're getting and will work on it until you're please. When I show off my work of art, everyone loves the detail and color. ROAD TRIP ANYONE, because I need them to enhance the other tattoo's I have?!?!? I?ll see you boys in a month!! I highly recommend them anyone who cares about the quality of their ink! Pros: I absolutely love them all!! My family and I even invited them to Easter Dinner :) more

Steve's awesome, unique, and "caring"! lol! 3/7/2008

My husband and i went to Rock N Roll tattoo this past Monday! I was getting my first tattoo. Steve was wonderful. He did not make me feel out of place or like i was some silly girl there to get a tattoo. He did not treat me as if i was just another number there to get a tattoo and go. He made the experience memorable! The atmosphere was nice and the facility was clean. I brought pictures of what i wanted, but was having "communication problems" about the specific way i wanted my cascading stars to go all the way down my back. Steve was very patient and never complained and was never rude. Even after redrawing the tattoo 3 times! He did joke a lot, which put me at ease! I did just fine with getting the tattoo, but Steve always made sure i was tolerating everything ok! "such a gentleman"! Service was wonderful, with an upbeat attitude!!! Steve is Steve! "love it" ! first piercing 10/20/2007

Chose rock n roll bc they are kid friendly as long as you can contain the animals. Lol. Got my nose pierced and was a little nervous even if I didn't show it. Steve was awesome. He made me and my roomate laugh and stay calm from the moment we walked through the door. I was so happy with Steve that I came in the very next day and had him touch up and add to my back tattoo that I had gotten at Warlocks. He improved it 100%. And from now on any piercings or tattoos I will get done there. Everyone was off the chain. Love them guys. Ya'll rock! more

I love Rock N Roll!! 7/25/2007

I had been a Blue Flamer before, but after a friend of mine took me to Rock N Roll to see Scott, I'll NEVER go back to Blue Flame. The atmosphere at Rock N Roll was so much more pleasant than Blue Flame. The guys at Rock N Roll are there to take care of you and joke around... Not to be the best artist and shove you out the door to make more money. Rock N Roll has so far gotten my business 8 times, and my co-workers 3 times each. more

VERY first tattoo 4/21/2007

I was really nervous that day...I have a panic disorder..and I was afraid I might have a panic attack...But I didn't becuz the guys there are nice and and help you calm down and figure out what you want..Robb gave the tattoo to me on my ankle..Its a butterfly..In fact I am going back to add something....A #1 in my book...THX guys and especially Robb for doing a super job on my b. fly.....:) Angie more

my husband just got his lastest tattoo at rock and roll tattoo, very,very clean, they have a huge selection of designs and they will talk you though step by step. no pain which is very i,portant for everyone, located right off captial blvd. you can get to it quick from 540 or the beltline. great care and service more
