I was frequently in PT years ago while I was training and have never encountered anything so disorganized as this place. There was nothing positive they did to relieve the ailment. The front desk was so flighty I kept getting messages on my machine for appointment reminders with details that didn't even make sense (i.e. bring certain clothes when the injury in no way required these. A shoulder injury shouldn't require shorts and a knee injury shouldn't require a tank top...right?) Then they'd schedule multiple appointments for the same day and I only made one appointment. When I first arrived the therapist never even introduced themselves and seemed to fumble his way through things. I did not like his attitude and was not positive at all in the treatment. In hearing them discuss another one of their errors - the patient was scheduled and they deleted it - when the patient arrived there was discussion on whether they could see them today. They were told to come back tomorrow and then very surly ""well, that's not really a better time; I might as well see you now, just take a seat and wait.""
Pros: parking, close off I-5
Cons: professionalism, attitude, it smelled like the gym that was next door to their office
