This hotel, if you can call it that, is built like an old apartment building. There is NO elevator so you have to drag your luggage up 2 or 3 floors to your room. The first room we were given, on the 3rd floor, had no air conditioning and the screens on the window, right next to the bed, were torn. I did not feel safe here. It was 11pm and the temp was still in the high 80's, but inside the room it was over 90. Young, inexperienced desk clerk moved us to a second room, still on 3rd floor. Much bigger and nicer room, but the air conditioner was blasting HOT air and had been on ALL DAY. At midnight we had to drag our luggage back down 3 flights of stairs and check out. This hotel reminded me of low income housing in a bad neighborhood.
