Rader's Engraving SVC

Rader created 2 brass plates for me to go on my memorial boxes for my cats. I tried a few local vendors but no one could give me exactly what I wanted. I searched the internet and came across Rader's website. When I saw the many engraving examples, I emailed and got an immediate response from their President, Warren. He said he could absolutely help me out. We had a quick phone call, and days later my plaques arrived. They were perfect!!! Exactly as I wanted, reasonably priced and done quickly. I highly recommend Rader for any of your engraving needs! more

We had a last minute office party and we needed awards that night! They were able to make 15 very nice plaques. They even were able to put our goofy graphic on the plaques. Everyone loved them and I looked like a miracle worker. more

Very disappointed in the plaque our office ordered for a going-away party. Rader's advertises a 2 day turn-around; we gave them a week. When I got to Rader's to pick up the item it was not ready. I was told to wait 10 minutes as they were just finishing it. One look and it appeared like they had thrown the thing together in that 10 minutes. The medallion and inscription were not placed on the wood as ordered and you could see the ""sticky tape"" they used to affix the medallion to the wood, along with a couple scratches on the wood. Very shoddy work... When I started to show concern I was quickly given a ""it looks nice, huh?"" comment and felt they just wanted me to walk out. --- I wish I had seen some of the other reviews of this place. I would not have used them. And I will never use them again! more

Rader's Engraving does not deliver. My item was promised in time for an award ceremony, but it was not sent in time. It arrived two days late. They never apologized despite my phone calls. Customer beware! more

Years ago I had gone to Raders to get a watch engraved and it they did a really nice job. This time I had ordered a pewter bowl but I needed it engraved in a hurry for a reception that night. They had what I needed in stock and they were able to have it engraved in only 3 hours! It was BEAUTIFUL. Everyone there was so helpful and professional. I have heard good things about them in the past and they did not disappoint. Pros: Great service & beautiful engraving more

This company is run by Warren Rader and he has NO sense of customer service. I placed an order over the phone with him for an engraved christening cup for my goddaughter. When I picked the cup up it was defected. I pointed out the flaw and was told that I was being picky and that since the item had been engraved he could not refund my money. I showed the cup to several of my friends not pointing out the flaw but just asking them what they thought of the cup. Every single person noticed the glaring flaw. If we can't be picky about items that will become family heirlooms when can we be picky? Pros: NONE! Cons: Rude, Unprofessional, Illegal buiness practices more
