Qdoba seems like a Chipotle knock off to me, except the burritos are not quite as big, and the prices are a bit higher. It is not a bad place to eat, and there seem to be lots of Qdobas springing up nowadays. It is in the fast-casual category. Like Chipotle, the specialty here is burritos. Qdoba also has salads, quesadillas, tacos, and an intriguing tortilla soup. Some time I would like to try the chicken mole burrito. But if I were faced with a choice between Chipotle and Qdoba, Chipotle still has my loyalty (even though they are now owned, at least in part, by McDonalds). Qdoba would be a close second.
