Posh Makes It Easy 9/20/2011

Great Place! Sometimes it is hard to find a place to get a good men's haircut for a good value in a place that has quality hair cutters. Krystal makes it very easy for me. I come in, get my hair cut, and don't need to explain every time what I want done. If you are like me and like when the experts give you advice then you will like Krystal at posh. more

Jaclyn is THE BEST Hair Stylist I've Ever Had 3/7/2011

Jaclyn is hands down, THE BEST hair stylist I've ever had. I have never had a hair stylist actually listen to me and do what I asked. She knows her stuff when it comes to what would look best on people. The cut I wanted would have looked terrible on me - I had no idea, she explained to me what might look a little better and modified the cut I wanted to one that I have fallen in love with. She also gave me highlights and lowlights that makes my hair stand out from the crowd. I absolutely love her, I can't wait to come back for more! more

Jacyln is a nightmare 2/13/2011

What a NIGHTMARE, seven months of starring at my fried nasty orange hair in the mirror I must warn u of jacyIn emery I regret the day I let her color and cut my hair. I showed her a picture of blonde and she turned my hair orange it's very fried still after almost a year I've had several people try to fix this mess and now I look like a calico cat. And she chopped off my hair insiting it would help it grow. I am letting my hair grow out natural because I am terrified to have another bad color and horrible cut and Jaclyn refused to give me my money back so she does have the morals of a used car sakes man more

I found my stylist ANDREA LOVE 1/13/2011

I found ANDREA LOVE!!!!! I read so many wonderful reviews on this site about Andrea Love visited this salon once had an incredable experience w/ Andrea. She informed me she was excepted into Vidal sassoon's internship program and would be furthering her education in Los Angeles california with Vidal Sasson. I have NEVER been more impressed with a color and cut than with Andrea. She took the time to listen to me, look at my photos of expectations, and recommend what suited my face. Then I was unable to find her for six months. I finally found her on a web search and was so happy after "stylist searching" to find my "love ". Thank God I found Andrea Love again she opened her own salon at 3747 benson drive Raleigh NC 27609! 919-280-3125 is her contact number. words can not express how happy I was to find her again after bad experience after bad experience!!! Just wanted to let everyone know where she was if they had the bad cuts and color I did more

Ask fo Don Lee the Best Hairstlist in Raliegh!!! 11/13/2010

Don is a fabulous hairstylist, with an extraordinary personality, and phenomenal talent. You will not be disappointed, not only can he give you any hair style on the runway he can give you the outrageous color also. Its' been my experience some stylist’s are good at one or the other cutting or color but not Don. Don is the best around hands down I will follow him any place he goes. Do not be fooled by the rest until you have tried the best!! My hair is beautiful and is always complemented after Don Cuts and colors my hair. Ladies go to Posh Salon and ask for Don. The hairstylist of celebrities, pageant queens, and professional women of all arenas. We Love you Don!!! All the way from Benson, :))) VCM more

Jaclyn...simply the best! 11/5/2010

It is my pleasure to recommend Jaclyn as a hairstlist and colorist at Posh Salon. I actually met Jaclyn at another salon almost one year ago and have followed her to Posh. Jaclyn is friendly, attentive, and a master at her craft. I am very particular about my hair and the color and have found that Jaclyn far surpasses my expectations each time I visit her! She insists that I share with her exactly my wishes as well as to be open and honest with her to ensure that I leave the salon happy! I took my Mom to her and as a lady who is elderly and as particular as her daughter, ;)...was, too, excited and satisfied about her color and cut! I would recommend Jaclyn to all my friends and to anyone who is looking for a personalized visit at a great salon with a talented, conscientious stylist! Jaclyn, you are the best! more

Don Lee is the most amazing hairdresser I have ever been to. I got highlights, lowlights, a shampoo, cut and style. He is extremely friendly, and very talented. My favorite part aside from the fact that my hair has never looked or felt so pretty, was the massage he gave my scalp when shampooing my hair! I will never let anyone else do my hair and I plan to tell everyone I know to go to Posh Salon 104 and ask for Don. Thank you Don! more

Indeed I enjoy and appreciate a twenty year relationship with Jill Bexten, a leader in nail technology. Jill is professional all the way with an unmatched talent and work ethic. I receive so many compliments on my nails, every one of which is due to Jill. Thank you, Jill!! I highly recommend Jaclyn! She's Awesome! 9/30/2010

I made an appointment with Jaclyn after being recommended by a good friend of mine, however I'm really picky about my hair (as most blondes are!!) and was skeptical of trying someone new after the last stylist at a different salon butchered my hair. But i looked posh salon 104 up on citysearch and google and read a lot of great reviews about her and when I went in Jaclyn really helped me pick out the blonde tones that would work well with my skin and we did highlights and color all over in between and the color came out fantastic!! The color was so rich and dimensional. I'm very pleased with my services. I asked for he cut like Victoria beckam has and it looks just like it! The salon was beautiful and calming, I will be going back for my future appointments!? more

Loved Posh Salon! Ask for Don! 9/26/2010

I just went in for my appointment with Don this past week. He did an amazing job on my color! We did some suttle highlights followed by an all-over color to give me the perfect "dimensional" look! Then he gave me a wonderful asymmetrical cut but still leaving my length for me! I'm going back in 2 weeks for the Keratin treatment! I can't wait to see how my hair feels after that! more

Andrea Love is the best 7/7/2010

I moved to Raleigh from Atlanta a year ago, and my friend suggested I see her stylist, Andrea Love. Ever since that first appointment, I have been sold! I have very fine, damaged hair, and she always gives me the best cut and highlights! Also, her prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other salons in the area! I see Andrea about every 8 weeks, and I have never been more pleased with my hair. Call her now! She's the best! Pros: beautiful hair cut/color, fair price Cons: none! more

I have been to several hair stylists in the past and have occasionally walked away happy but since I was recommended by a friend to Miss Love at Posh Salon I WILL NOT go anywhere else. She is flexible with appointments and has always given me exactly what I have wanted in a hair cut and will do whatever it takes for people to walk out satisfied. I have never had any problems with her! Not to mention she is funny and friendly! Go check her out! Pros: Does exactly what I want every time! more

Unfortunately, I cannot make everyone happy as hard as I may try. I always try to save customers as much money as possible because it isn't always necessary to do highlights each visit or a full haircut each time if you are trying to grow your hair or restore previously damaged hair from another stylist. There are rules and guidelines you must follow to get the best end result and only an experienced stylist would say "no" to taking a client's money and damaging hair further. I only want to produce beautiful, shiny, silky hair and not compromise the integrity of the hair. I do apologize you had a negative experience but I can guarantee it was simply a miscommunication and I wish you all the best. more

Disappointed with Andrea Love 7/2/2010

I read several positive reviews regarding Andrea and decided to make an appointment for highlights and a cut. The first appointment was an wonderful experience. She gave me a very nice cut and beautiful highlights. For my second appointment I scheduled only a cut. When I arrived at the salon, she informed me that I would get my roots colored and a cut. My third appointment was for highlights and a cut. Again when I arrived for my appointment, she told me that she had me down for a trim. After two negative experiences, I will not return. I have been a client of Andrea Love's for many years. She always does such a wonderful job everytime, everytime i leave thinking wow this is better than i imiagined it to be... All i do is describe what I want and some how she makes my wish come true. I always get all over color highlights and a haircut. She recently started doing the keratin smoothing treatment and even though it was expensive($300) I saved up for it bc she reccomended it for my thick frizzy unmanageable hair. I have never loved my hair more... it is sleek smooth and shiny, the texture feels amazing its not like my hair at all!!! I only have to blow dry my hair and it looks so great I am used to spending almost an hour blow dring and flat ironing but bye bye flat iron. I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend Andrea Pros: great stylist, best color and cut ever more

Andrea is amazing! 6/15/2010

Andrea cut and colored my hair last Friday and spent a great amount of time discussing what would look best. She started my consultation by asking how I wanted my hair to be cut. She made some great suggestions and warned me of getting too many layers, as it would make the bottom of my long, fine hair look thin. Then we talked about color. I thought about getting all over color, but Andrea suggested 2 colors of highlights to add dimension. I wasn't sure if I needed full or partial, and Andrea was honest and told me partial would be enough. She could have told me full, so she could make more money, but she was honest with me. During the styling process, Andrea showed me how to blow dry my side swept bangs to make them look better. I asked her for a list of products that she recommended to use in my hair, and she gladly made one for me. When it was time to pay, I got 35% off for being a first time customer, and she has a reward system for rebooking future appointments with her. Andrea was amazing, and I really appreciate the time she took and the advice she gave. Pros: Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff more
