I read several positive reviews regarding Andrea and decided to make an appointment for highlights and a cut. The first appointment was an wonderful experience. She gave me a very nice cut and beautiful highlights. For my second appointment I scheduled only a cut. When I arrived at the salon, she informed me that I would get my roots colored and a cut. My third appointment was for highlights and a cut. Again when I arrived for my appointment, she told me that she had me down for a trim. After two negative experiences, I will not return.
Pros: Beautiful salon
