Popcorn Papa

Very disappointed. Ordered enough popcorn for 600 and it was delivered in three separate boxes.\r Popcorn was in a plastic bag just tied at the top, not sealed. Unfortunately when I got home they were\r full of ants. They refuse to give a refund because it left the warehouse with no ants and now it became UPS's problem because it was left on the front porch. Or she said I should have used common sense and been there for delivery. Well I responded it is not UPS's problem but theirs because of the poor packaging. It did not matter. She said they have only had two complaints in thirty years. I said with only two complaints then it should not be a problem to refund. Nope, she refuses to. Be careful when you order online and you want it shipped. $70 wasted and going to the trash. They should not be dealing with online orders. more

Ordered over the internet 8 bags we tried 2 did not like the product and they will not take product back. I spoke to the owner and she Theresa was downright nasty on the phone. BUYER BEWARE BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!! more

This place is amazing! They have tons of cute gift ideas- at a reasonable price. They have over 50 flavors of yummy popcorn, all made fresh everyday. This is a locally owned mom and pop type shop, that has been around sense 1982. The people are friendly and are willing to work with you to stay within your price range. They also ship- i sent a TEXAS tin to my daughter in austin, it arrived the following day, she loved it. This popcorn is the perfect gift. The owners have recently expanded to Firewheel mall as well as this location and have a web site. more
