I had been to the 1960 location, which features a good NP. The office staff over there are rude, but whatever. I decided to try this location because I could not get anyone to answer at 1960. I found that this location does not keep the appointments that they give and expect clients to wait 2-3 hours in a lobby. Not going to happen. I think they should be more efficient in getting patients through. Kind of hard to find and in a shady part of town, too.
