I tried to replace my power-chair wheel and have them made a quote. They charge me half of the price before the order the wheel. The factory is local and they said I should hear about it in 2 weeks. However, nobody call me in 2 months. I called them and the girl told me she will give me a call back in 1 hour. That was a Friday. However, nobody called me in the whole day. I had to call them next Monday because they don't open on weekends. Another guy picked up my call and told me there was a problem in the order and the thing will ship in 2 weeks. I asked what was the problem and he didn't give any direct answer.
