Honest Auto Repairs 10/11/2009

Phillip's Tire and Service Center is A Good Deal 9/30/2009

I got great service. VERY REASONABLE prices on oil changes, etc. The mechanic made me aware of a potential problem with a gasket so it can be watched. They even waited after hours when I got stuck in traffic. I will absolutely go back . Finally found a place I can trust. I recommend them. Fair & honest. And friendly. more

Phillip's Tire and Service Center is the BEST! 9/30/2009

We have used Phillips Tire & Service Center for over 25 years and they never cease to amaze me with their excellent service and depedability. You can always count on what they tell you whether you take your vehicle in for a problem that you are experiencing or just for preventitive maintenance. I have always found that they stand behind their work and it is one place you can count on to get to the heart of the problem. I have a van with almost 300,000 miles on it and thanks to The Phillips Team it is still going strong. I try ever chance I get to send business to them because as a woman it is so nice to deal with honest people that listen to what you say. more

Phillip's Tire And Service Center made me angry. 6/16/2009

I purchased an oil change and tire rotation. I was very pleased with how friendly the manager was. I also had them check my air conditioning as it wasn't cooling. The manager failed to tell me that there was a charge for this when I went to pick up my car. These kinds of things need to be told up front. They quoted me $1500 to fix it saying that it is the whole a/c compressor, but it isn't. I will take it to an honest mechanic who won't do me wrong. I won't be going back. It is only fair to be told up front about how much the services are that you are asking for. more
