Don't go to the Factoria Petco 4/27/2008

I have bought a lot of products at Petco but I stopped going to the Factoria Petco. The manager there is really rude and once gave me a credit written on a torn piece of paper. The credit was due to me because he over rung a product. It was his mistake and he said it was too much trouble to credit it back to my charge card! He also then made me take a 40 lb of dog food back to my car because he refused to honor what one of his employees told me--that I could return a bag of food that my dog didn't like. I took the bag to another Petco store and they credited me the amount--no questions asked. I spend a lot of money at Petco but I don't go the Factoria store anymore. more

Only in a pinch 11/16/2006

I have had nothing but trouble with these groomers. Although the dogs do come back clean. One of my dogs was actually kennelled all day long and they never even got around to cleaning him and then asked if I could bring him back the next day. I have tried going back several times and always leave feeling extremely unhappy with their lack of service. Pros: Dogs were clean Cons: Everything else; time, cost, customer service.... more

Great Place to buy anything for your Pets!! 8/27/2005

I buy the food for my dogs , Cas & toads when you buy 10 of dog or cat food (each)the same size with your petco card you get the 11 free and they have good prices so I will tell everybody to go there. more

the fish selection at petco is great, but if you have any questions don't bother asking the staff. One of my fish died and when I went to ask questions about how to prevent it, they just looked at me like it was my fault. more

it is the wal-mart of pet supply stores, driving local mom and pop stores out of business becasue they can offer slightly lower prices. But really, shouldn't we all be willing to pay a little more to help out our friends and neighbors? I do. Go to ALL THE BEST, or MUD BAY. your dog will love you more. PROS: CONS: wal-mart of pet supply more

I have a new puppy and Petco always has the item I am looking for. You can buy your pet food.. toys.. bedding and training supplies all in one spot. You can also bring your pet in with you.. more

Petco 4/15/2005

I would not be able to give Petco less than 5 stars. The people that thought of a store to take your dog shopping are the best. I love to take my dogs out places, and I love to shop for them. So finding a place that I can take them shopping is awesome! I often go there at least once a month, but sometimes more. Prices are ok, a little high but well worth it. more

Love Petco : ) 4/15/2005

We take monthly, some times even more than that, trips to Petco. It's nice to have a place to take your dog and shop for them at the same time. Prices and selection are great. The quality in the dog toys is pretty nice to. I have bought toys at other places and they are torn up in just a matter of minutes. I can find some real heavy duty dog toys at Petco. more

I shop here from time to time for toys and food for my kitty cat. I prefer to visit my local Mud Bay Grainery in Capitol Hill (and support the smaller businesses), but sometimes Petco just has exactly what I'm looking for. I think they're great for cat and dog items, toys, and food as far as selection and price, but I definately do NOT recommend them for fish. I've had severasl fish fanatic friends who swear that every fish they buy from any Petco has some disease and dies soon after purchase. PROS: Good for hard to find items and prices for cat, dog, and rodent stuff. CONS: Maybe not good for fish. more
