Worst retail experience of my entire adult life, hands down. Never called to update, never returned my calls. Promised car would be ready several times only to have it not actually be ready or even close. Took 3 months to complete repairs and one year later I discovered that two tires were replaced that were suppose to be Hankook, insurance company was charged for Hankook but as it turns out, they were two completely different brands and NOT Hankook and now I can't get my tire pressure sensor to turn off.\r \r I literally wouldn't take my car to this place again if it were the last repair facility on earth, it was just that horrible. more

Customer Service at its best! 5/4/2012

Wasn't too sure if I was doing the right thing at first by having my car towed to Performance after I was involved in a collision that pretty much tore off the front end of my 2010 Versa.. Turned out to be a very good choice. They had me set up with a rental when I got there and explained everything that would need to be done. They kept me updated during the entire process and when I got my car back, I not only noticed the awesome job they did with the bodywork, but I also noticed they washed and waxed the entire car. Great service,, and excellent workmanship. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, and my car is repairable, I definitely know where I'll have it towed to. more

Greatest Shop Around 1/11/2012

This is the greatest auto body shop around. They fix everything. I have been using them for 4 years, and there is nothing they can't do. Great job guys! more

Number one auto body shop in Texas. Great experience! These guys are so nice, patient and friendly. They will let you know what should be repaired. They are honest and will not rip you off. I strongly recommend this store. more

Not only was the staff friendly, but all the charges were clear, without inflation. They quoted me a price several hundred dollars below another repair shop. They even took the time to do minor work the the insurance company refused to cover. more

Easy To Deal With 10/5/2011

The people at Performance Collision are very easy to deal with. They understood the inconvenience of not having a car and finished the job a day earlier than promised. They washed and waxed my car, and even vacuumed the inside. On top of all that, they hammered out another minor ding in the bumper that was only asked about and not in the work contract at all. That right there is going the extra mile. more

Absolutely Fabulous 10/4/2011

I called the day before I was scheduled to pick it up just to confirm the date and time. When I arrived I inspected the car with the mechanic, paid the bill and was out the door in 10 minutes. The car looked absolutely fabulous!!! more

I was involved in a pretty bad accident and Performance Collision deemed my car repairable. I took my car to Collision and they did a awesome job, my paint matched perfect and they made it brand new again. What really amazed me was that they fully detailed the car inside and out. They even fixed a couple of things that were unrelated to the accident for free. Great Service, will definitely recommend to everyone. more

A+ Bravo. 9/7/2011

There really isn't much else to say, other than, if you ever need any type of body work/repair done to your car, you need to go to Performance Collision. My car was vandalized and had a huge dent in the passenger door. Dropped it off yesterday and I am writing this review because I have my car back today. Car looks brand spanking new. After being so angry that someone vandalized my car, I never would have thought I'd be smiling so soon. A+ Bravo. more
