I wasn't paying attention and backed into a mailbox in my new Civic. It dented the panel and scratched the paint pretty bad. Took it to Performance Collision and the did an amazing job repairing the panel and repainting the surface. The color matched exactly. I was extremely happy with the work they did. more

FINALLY... An honest collision shop, service was great, level of work and craftsmanship is unbeatable, and most of all its the best bang for its buck. The staff here is very knowledgeable about everything related to cars, trust me I spent 2 hours talking to them about how to make my 99 Honda Accord Coupe look cooler and drive faster then it already does. I don't like to be in this position, but in case I get to another accident, I know now where to go. Performance Collision did an outstanding job on my car. more

The impossible is what they do for me, bringing my old BMW back from a potentially fatal frame twist. What they do on a daily basis, is deal with the insurance when you have a bump or a scrape and take a lot of the pain away. Good work, nice personalities and always a sympathetic ear to those suffering from meeting the other idiots on the road. It's worth the drive and much cheaper than the dealers. Amazing work. Fixed large dent that was made far worse by a hack job! Matched the paint perfectly on my BMW. Very friendly and reliable. He even came back by the next day with the brake light I needed. Was a fraction of the cost of a auto body shop/BMW dealership (the light). Highly recommended. more

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. What I'm saying is, this is where I would recommend you go if you're in need of body work. I took my car there on may 3 2010, I had been waiting for the insurance to kick in they told me I wouldnt have to worry about a rent a car deductible or problems. I called them on may 7 and told them I didint want them to fix my car they told me they had already order parts for the car at the time i didint think of how could they have started with out the insurance gone to go see it. So I left it their, then they called me askin that if I had the key to the car after the insurance looked at the car they gave me a price then they said the compressor was wrong with it and had to get a supplement well comes to no they never changed the compressor out its still the original one, I took them the factory grill for my car and they said they would deduct it ffom my total and they never did and kept the money then on the day of the pick up to get my car they state that the engine was locked on my car and they never realized it so now I been with out a car for over amonth and they have not paid the days on the rent a car, they did not let me take my car till I paid them the total and they did not give me a shop invoice or nothing they said the insurance estimate was the invoice and then I had to take my car to dodge and still without a car or a rent a car. Pros: super bad communication Cons: owner sucks more

Tow truck driver talked my son into taking our wrecked vehicle there... they had it apart before the adjuster got there. We decided not to have work done there, and even though insurance was going to pay the $800 (!!) for it being there 3 days, they wouldn't release vehicle to us until we physically brought them a check from insurance co. -- which we had to drive to 290 to get. And then they told our insurance company we were going to let them do the work, but they didn't realize my husband was on 3-way, and called them out on it. Would not recommend.... poor customer service esp. if you consider we may have used them in the future. Everyone I know hears this story. more

These people take advantage of others in need. I would never recomend them to anyone! It is sad that they are charging a girl over $800.00 to give her a estimate on her damaged veh and they have not even did that! They won't give her car back and they have not even had it 3 days. This is one place the TAKE PEOPLES MONEY! more
