Worst Body Shop In Dallas.. Paul the Manager does not value clients. Do not do business with them, I brought a Maserati Gran Turismo and a 6 thousand dollar repair, they missed completion dates, mislead me and the advisor was almost imposssible to reach. When I spoke to the manager and asked for a 4 percent discount due to the issues he said I wasn't a good enough Park Place customer to merit a discount! I went to his boss with the genuine complaint and he never returned my call. This is not a good representation of Park Place. Service Bad, Uninterested Attitude , Repair Average at best. more

Terrific Service 9/3/2010

I walked into Park Place Bodywerks with my Volvo. It had been making a strange grinding noise. Come to find out that it was my break pad. It was a bit busy, but the service I got was great. more

Great Service 9/1/2010

I took my car in to get services at Park Place Bodywerks. Unfortunately, I found out that my car had a small hole in the steering fluid container. But I was able to work with my service manager and he was able to answer all my questions. I had no idea how important steering fluid was. Thankfully, he kept in contact with me and was extremely patient with me during all of my questions! My customer service was excellent. more

Well, I have been using several body shops around Dallas and found this place ""OK"". At least, They try to fix it properly and actually work on it. Well, they don't do great job but much better than the other crappy places. Pros: you can trust staff Cons: not so great job more
