I am actually pursuing litigation against this company. I paid $67 for 5 items to be dry cleaned, and they left one out. When I went to pick it up separately, no apology. A few days later I realized the drawstring was pulled out of the shirt and that there was a hole in it. I took the shirt to my tailor, who told me it was permanently damaged. Then I took it to Paradise and was told 1. they'd have to have the shirt analyzed to determine if it was my fault and 2. ""oh I guess we'll put the drawstring back it, whatever."" They called me A MONTH LATER after multiple attempts by me to check the status (they kept telling me ""we'll call you at the end of the day, week, etc with the status"" and never called back) to tell me lotion from the back of my neck caused the hole. 1. who puts lotion on the back of their neck? not me 2. I've never worn the shirt before 3. still no apology.
To this day they've never offered an apology or a refund. That shirt alone was almost $20 to dry-clean. I come from a city where you can get 10 shirts dry-cleaned for $20 and they all look perfect. In short, this place will take all your money and treat you like dirt. They also violate the Colorado Consumer Protection Act in doing so. Don't go here.
