Old Hickory Inn 8/13/2005

Great place for real old-fashioned BBQ. They had ribs, sausage, baked potatoes, sandwiches, gyros, hamburgers, salads, and of course beer and wine. The BBQ sauce was great. The service was good and I was able to get my food fast. They said that everything is homemade and they have catering, family packs, and party packs available. more

Awesome! 8/6/2005

We went at 9pm on a Saturday night and the food was great! Between the three of us we had sliced sausage, chicken fried steak, and chopped beef brisket sandwich. The portions were generous and I had to keep giving my extras to my brother. The sides were great, they even made the fried okra fresh. The service was quick and friendly. They even took care of little things that we asked about. The place was really clean and smelled wonderful, like BBQ sauce! It is a place we will definately go back to, hopefully earlier in the evening. more
