GREAT EXPERIENCE 5/25/2012

I arrived at the spa 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appt time (was in the area and hoped they'd take me early). The nice lady at the front desk asked me to have a seat while she checked on bumping up my appt time. Less than a minute later I was escorted back to a lovely private room which was dimly lit (in my opinion to provide a relaxing atmosphere, which it did). I was then given prep instructions and the privacy to do so. After an appropriate amt of time, Ms. Penny returned to the room to do my wax. I explained that this was my first waxing and she "walked" me through it step by step. She was very careful, nice and professional. Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definately go back! more

Cheated Out of Full Hour Massage 9/14/2010

I went to get an hour pregnancy massage. My appointment was for 12:00-1:00. I got there at 12:05, then was given paperwork to fill out about my medical history. Once we got back there they had to set up the pregnancy bed, then I was asked to undress and get situated. By the time the massage lady got back in there it was 12:25. She gave me a 30 minute massage and charged me for the FULL HOUR! Once I realized what happened I called them to ask them about it and she told me it wasn't her fault I was late. My husband called to ask for a refund or store credit for the half we were cheated and the owner HUNG UP ON HIM!!! I do not recommend this salon! more

FIND ANOTHER MASSAGE THERAPIST!!!!!!!!!! 11/28/2007

I have had several massages and know sometimes they are a little uncomfortable, but in the end I always feel better. The massage therapist at Oasis hurt me!!! I was sore like I had moved heavy furniture for SEVERAL days after. Ever since I had the massage I have constantly had inflammation in my right arm from my shoulder down. Never a problem before. more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 10/28/2007

I would not suggest this place to anyone. I received a $400.00 gift certificate and still had to pay for my own lunch. The massage therapist was not friendly or good. The facial was something I could have done at home. It was a horrible experience the whole way around. more
