I arrived at the spa 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appt time (was in the area and hoped they'd take me early). The nice lady at the front desk asked me to have a seat while she checked on bumping up my appt time. Less than a minute later I was escorted back to a lovely private room which was dimly lit (in my opinion to provide a relaxing atmosphere, which it did). I was then given prep instructions and the privacy to do so. After an appropriate amt of time, Ms. Penny returned to the room to do my wax. I explained that this was my first waxing and she "walked" me through it step by step. She was very careful, nice and professional. Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definately go back!
