I had horrible experiences in my past with dentist and I treaded going to dentist. It is so different here... I have been going to them for 11+ years and my children as well. My girls love going to the dentist. more

I would recommend this office to anyone...they have a friendly staff that will help you!!! At the request of a family member I went to this office for a second option and liked what I saw and what I heard. I am pleased with the dental work and dentist. And the cost was resonable.... Great Job!!! more

I have to start off with saying that this office is amazing! :) I just left and feel so happy with my experience. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. The girls in the front all greeted me and had smiles on their faces. The environment was just so warm and comforting. They even give free cookies! As soon as I signed in, it hadn?t been no more than 3 minutes and I was already seen. My doctor and his assistant were so friendly and kind. I could not have picked a better office. Pros: Kind/Gentle Doctors, Freindly Staff & Even Free Cookies!! Cons: NONE WHAT SO EVER!! more

The office is not very clean, it is dusty and the wallpaper is peeling. It hasnt been updated in ages. When I went in for a crown I was fitted for a temporary crown and had an old filling taken out and a new one put in. My mouth was so sore that it gave me a headache, my cheek was visibly swollen. Inside my mouth my husband could see bruising and discoloration. The temporary crown was too high and it caused my bite to be off, biting the inside of my cheek. I couldn't even close my mouth correctly, couldn't chew. My tongue had small scabs on it. After a day or so and it wasnt improving, I went back and another dentist there filed it down. After a couple more days my mouth was aching, even my jaw. I went back again and another dentist there found that excess concrete had been left in my mouth and was even pushed below my gum line. My mouth was sensitive to hot, and cold and brushing my teeth was painful. The dentist had to remove the temporary and clean off the concrete, and he and his assistant scraped around my gums and teeth to remove the residual concrete. It took another two days or so for the swelling from this to go down. The dentist said it takes about 3 days + for the concrete to set and that is why it was progressively worsening. If you have ever delayed going to the dentist because of fear or anxiety, wait no more! Dr. Fraker and his kind staff are the cure-all for a Dental Coward. I had a horrible experience as a young child, and had not been to a dentist in 17 Years. The very thought of even entering such a place made me have nightmares(and this is no exxaggeration). One day a severe toothache forced me to seek help, and boy did I find the right place! As soon as I met Dr. Fraker, he saw the fear in my eyes and he began to comfort me. Now, I have been back 5 times and have a lot more work to do. But, I still cannot believe that I, ME, the extreme case of dental anxiety, can walk into this office, sit in the chair, and open my mouth, all without shedding a single tear. Its almost surreal. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would conquer this fear. But, with the help of wonderful Dr. Fraker and his awesome staff, I have now overcame one of the biggest hurdles in my life. Thank you Dr. Fraker!!!!!!! Pros: Friendly staff,kind & gentle dentist, the list goes on and on! Cons: There aren't any! more
