Although I think Nicolo's is really good pizza, it's no where close to Chicago style. First, Chicago style is know as deep dish..hands down. There is such thing as Chicago style thin crust, and this isn't close either, considering when you order, they ask hand tossed (not Chicago) or thin. The only thing remotely close to making this Chicago Style thin crust is the fact it's cut into squares. However, Chicago thin crust has a hard, crunchy crust (on the pieces that have a crust). Nicolo's hand toss has the thickness of Chicago style thin, but not the crust or the squares. And, they don't even have an option for deep dish. Again, I think this is really good pizza, it's just not Chicago style.
