Definitely the best burger and fries you will get in the U-District. I used to go to Mr. Lu's almost every day when I lived just a block away. The sauce they give you for your fries is SO GOOD. They have an awesome bleu burger, that I've gotten with fries (fries are free) for just 5 dollars when it was the daily special. Make sure you ask what the daily 4.99 special is. more
