Morgan's was recommended to me by someone who worked at Lowe's Hardware of all places. When I went to Morgan's, the selection was good, the staff was nice and the prices seemed fair. Unfortunately, I was told my order would take a few days to a few weeks. It's been over 3 months. My order got lost. The order that eventually came in included 2 shower/tub parts but no sink faucet. The faucet is still on order and they have collected payment in full. No one at Morgan's is treating this case as out of the ordinary. My phonecalls were not returned 3 out of 4 times. Today, I called at 2pm but was unsuccessful reaching anyone and voicemail was full. My contractor is still waiting to get our remodel completed. It's been painful. Once the faucet arrives, I will not be back.
