Brian A did outstanding work 3/25/2014

Our 100 year old furnace went out on a cold Sunday. The first technician to come out threw up his hands. The next four companies called said our 50 year old burner conversion unit would be too difficult to repair. Brian was the only one who gave us hope for a repair. He opened up a warehouse on a Sunday for parts not on his truck, he stayed late in the day to complete the job. He was willing to do work that others were not. This was the best service call to our home that my wife and I have ever had. (CH & JH service date 3/16/14) more

Awesome Tech 2/26/2014

Last week I had Ken H. from Minneapolis/St. Paul Plumbing and heating as a service tech. I have had several different techs from different companies over the years and I was truly impressed with Ken. I have never had someone so patient in answering my many questions! He really took the time to explain every option to me so I felt when he left that I made the best decision for my home and my checkbook. If I ever need any more services (which im sure I will,) I will for sure be using this company and hopefully Ken H. Thanks so much again. more

Humidifcation System and Water Heater 2/10/2014

Brian quickly determined the humidification system problem, fixed it and discussed the 16 year old hot water heater at my request. Decision reached on a replacement to be installed in 2 weeks. Professionally handled service call. Pricing and all that was included in the price was key in the decision to move forward with a new hot water heater. more

furnace tune up 11/29/2013

I chose minneapolis st paul heating,plumbing & Air for a furnace tune up. They were very reasonably priceed ($76) & offered a convenient time. Brian A showed up right on time.( Nov 13, 2013) . He was great - very personable - pleasant & knowlegable. Took the time to answer my questions- Ex. I was't sure how old the furnace was - he did a search on the furnace - model & was able to tell me it was 10 years old - & that based on his checkup - the condition of the furnace - it was in great shape & we wouldn't have to worry about replacing it in the near future. I've had other appliance reps in my home - Brian was by far the best - so much so I took the time to do this - which I've never done before. Assuming other reps with Minneapolis - St Paul plumbing heating are as competent, knowlegable - and friendly - I highly recommend U chose them more

I was very impressed with Roy's performance. He explained to me what he was going to do. He also asked if there was anything else I needed since he was there. He concisely told me what was going to need to be done and did the work. He also cleaned up the area where he was working beyond my expectation. I was having a kitchen faucet replaced and he cleaned up all the 'crude' that had accumulated through the years.I would gladly have in come back to home if I needed any future plumbing repairs. more

Great experience and very helpful. 1/28/2012

Our furnace finally went out. There sales person Jim came in didnt make me feel like a piece of meat like the other contractors. Left me heaters and their installer Matt was right on time in the morning with our new Carrier furnace. I highly recommend these guys. more
