@ Home Apartments has provided me two apartments now. I use to live in a one bedroom and now a two bedroom at their Oxford.
My experiences with the staff have been excellent and my calls were returned promptly. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to.
Maintenance is pretty quick to respond, and I have spoken to a few of their staff members. No major issues other than a I had a stove malfunction and they fixed it within two days.
As far as the buildings go...they are kept up very well for being historic. I think they are maintained well. Its never going to be new construction...with this in mind its great. I looked a other buildings in the area and IMO @ Home is better.
My roomie and I have had several friends over and everyone loves our place. They think its really cool and has a good vibe.
I highly recommend @ Home Apartments for anyone looking for a nice place to hang their hat.

When we worked with this reality company, we found out that the agents were not very honest and actually cared more about the money then in the customers that they were representing. Our agent lied to us and definetly did not have our best interest in mind. We would never use any branch of this company again and would definetly not recommend it.

One of our couple friends listed their house through Edina Realty, and the house was sold in a month. I would say they are very professional, the agent knows the market very well. Of course, it is very important to choose an agent knows your local area, such as school district, transportation, and community development. Edina is good at this.

Christie Lewis of Re/Max Results is a fantastic real estate agent. I first met Christie threw a friend. I was unaware of what kind of real estate agent I was getting. Little did I know that I had been matched with a perfect real estate agent. She listened to what wanted and gave us some great advice. She was also very honest with us about properties we were looking at. She also brought us coffee, which was a huge bonus!
When we looked at new properties, Christie was really good about keeping pushy sales people away. Once we bought our house, she was great with the construction company making sure they replaced things that we wouldn't have asked them too.
If you want a real estate agent that will go the extra mile for you, pick Christie!

We've had great experiences with Cameron Piper as our realtor...He was flexible, and worked with our schedules. We knew that he was always working hard for us, and had our best interest in mind. We felt like we could truly trust him in our efforts of selling our home, and purchasing a new one. His office is in White Bear Lake, but he was able to help us search all over the metro area.
