We have gone to this dealership for a number of regularly scheduled maintenance visits and have been very pleased. We have never had a problem making an appointment, even on relatively short notice. They do not have as good of hours as the other Volkswagen service center in town, but we have found that they are very customer service oriented and explain work that needs to be done in detail.

I bought a certified used 95 Aero with 30,000 miles on it. The car has had some minor problems with it over the last four years and I found the people at Countryside to be more than helpful. The cost of their service is higher than average, but in my experience you get what you pay for.
I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my car. They've replaced parts that I didn't even know needed replacing. They would see a problem during my normal visits and fix it! On the occasions that I needed service, most of the items were covered under warranty, except the oil change of course. The other thing I like is getting a Saab to drive as a loaner when the car is being serviced.
All in all, I think they're people and service is superior to other dealers I've dealt with.
Pros: Cleanliness, service, promptness

I had a ton of tree sap on my license plate that no one could get off. These guys are world class and worked very hard to get it off. Very friendly, helpful, and I had no doubt that they were NOT ripping me off! I once drove 45 minutes to have my car serviced here because of their great customer service. Highly recommended.

We've done a lot of buisness with Rosedale Dodge and our salesman keeps us coming back. In short, we're spoiled. They'll pick up our cars and drop them off (cleaned up!) for service or aftermarket stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile for us. If you're looking for a new car, see John Ganglehoff. He's the only salesman we buy from, even though we live about 45 minutes from the dealership.

I'm sorry you experienced such poor customer service in White Bear Lake. My husband and I just purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue from Saturn of Duluth and we had excellent service. From start to finish they were all very friendly and strived to meet all of our needs...which they did. I have recommended Saturn of Duluth to all my friends and family. We love our Vue and are very happy with our purchase.

We bought our second toyota from them. The salesman was great - sold us what we wanted and allowed us to say no to things we did not want - did not make us feel pressured at all. We enquired about trading in our Geo Prizm that was in great shape and the salesman admitted to us that we were better off selling it ourselves - then before we could list it, he gave our number (with our permission first) to someone who had been in looking for a used car and could not find what he wanted. The salesman gained nothing from this and we sold our old vehicle for more than we would have gotten from a trade in without having to answer the phone all day and show it to a ton of people. The service department is great, always fast and efficient. We have gone to other Toyota dealerships and not been happy. This one is quite a drive for us, but worth it.

I bought my Subaru at White Bear Subaru. Wonderful car, good service department. I've had my car serviced here for the past six years and couldn't be more satisfied. They do good work and I know they will stand behind the work. Nice waiting area and the service reps are very professional and willing to explain problems.

The sales rep that sold me my car knew I was in a desperate situation, yet he negotiated with us and got me a good deal on a good used car. It may not be anything fancy, but has proven to be reliable and a good value. I will return for my next car purchase.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to purchase 2 barely used cars from this dealership in the last few years and I would continue to go back. The Saturn team is always very friendly, considerate and willing to help out any way that they can. The used vehicle prices here are always great (thanks to the great auction buys they make)and the guest waiting area is really nice.
