I recently moved to the North Seattle area. I received a flyer in the mail for this place so I popped on CitySearch and saw that this place received several great reviews. So I gave them a try. I got a same-day appointment (hooray, because i'm a very spontaneous hair cutter. when i want it cut, i want it cut NOW) and I happened to get K.Ci, whose name I saw mentioned in a few great reviews. They were all right! She was awesome! I have (newly discovered) curly hair (like hers) so she talked with me about how to manage my curls and tried some great products on me and recommended a few others. My cut was amazing. I've been through dozens of hair stylists over the years and I finally think I've found ""the one""! ;) I definitely recommend this place! Ask for K.Ci! I saw K.Ci and she was amazing! I have super thick hair and she handled it with ease. Not only was the cut really cute and totally fits my face, but I can go back within a week and tweak it. I highly recommend them! Cheap $30! more

My Stylist Annamae is fabulous she give me a great cut we change it occasionally for variety. She is wonderful with color as well and always just excited as I am about giving me the look that I want, her suggestions always work out for the better. I have never had a stylist that I regularly go to until I was referred to AnnaMae by a close friend of mine. Annamae makes it worth the trip to Michanne's every time. Not only very friendly and professional, she is very thorough and creative when it comes to designing a haircut. I've got pretty difficult hair to work with, and she's the only one who can make it look better and better every time. AnnaMae has been a hairstylist for years, and is very creative. My hair has never looked so good!\r She completely changed my color and style.\r I am always getting compliments and comments on how great my hair looks.\r Also, you can go on the weekends, Saturday or Sunday, and if you work that's very accommodating.
