Metro Dental Care

Well I finally had enough and dropped this practice after 15+ years. From repeated requests ignored not to have services done outside of the insurance schedule. Not keeping the business hours advertised. Taking 3 months to find an availability. And finally a Dental Hygienist that was nicknamed Olga the butcher continuously assigned to my family after several requests not to have her. I have switched to a place more suited to customer service and a reputation for reliable care. more

If you want to actually reach a dental office when you call, don't choose Metro Dentalcare in Savage, MN. They have an answering machine that says they're helping another customer and to leave a message and they'll call you back. Then the message repeats,...forever. You can't leave a message and you can't talk to anyone. In addition, billing for this organization is terrible. It took them from October to February to correctly submit a claim to my insurance company, and 5 days after I was informed the claim was paid, I received a letter threatening to turn my bill over to collections after I had called them EVERY MONTH and explained to them how to submit a claim to my insurance. I truly hate this big-box, cold, inefficient organization. NEVER GOING BACK. more

I was not satisfied with the level of quality of my last tooth cleaning at this office. The hygienist seemed in a hurry and did not spend an adequate amount of time on my problem areas. more

Metro Dental Care is a bigger operation. It has several exam rooms and several hygienists working at one time. While this might sound a little intimidating, I have had great visits with them. One of the advantages of it being bigger is the fact that I can always get an appointment around the time I want. Even though it is big, when you make your appointment, they ask if you want a specific dentist or hygienist. This allows you some flexibility. more
