If you want to actually reach a dental office when you call, don't choose Metro Dentalcare in Savage, MN. They have an answering machine that says they're helping another customer and to leave a message and they'll call you back. Then the message repeats,...forever. You can't leave a message and you can't talk to anyone. In addition, billing for this organization is terrible. It took them from October to February to correctly submit a claim to my insurance company, and 5 days after I was informed the claim was paid, I received a letter threatening to turn my bill over to collections after I had called them EVERY MONTH and explained to them how to submit a claim to my insurance. I truly hate this big-box, cold, inefficient organization. NEVER GOING BACK.
